DOES UNIQUE FURNITURE SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC?
Unique Furniture products are available only through authorized dealers.  Email us at cs@uniquefurniture.com to find a dealer near you.

WHAT ARE UNIQUE FURNITURE RETAIL PRICES?
All retail prices are set by the individual Unique Furniture Dealers. Please contact your local dealer to inquire about actual selling prices.

WHAT IS THE UNIQUE FURNITURE WARRANTY?
Unique Furniture warrants products sold through authorized dealers only. All products come with a standard 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR QUESTION ABOUT MY UNIQUE FURNITURE PRODUCT?
If your purchase arrives physically damaged or you are missing parts or hardware, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the item.
Please be specific with the following information, some of which can be obtained from your Unique Furniture Assembly Instructions:

1. Style and Model of the product purchased
2. Name of the Unique Furniture Dealer from whom you made your purchase
3. The name and the part number of the missing component (Please reference the Parts List on the Assembly Instructions

WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF UNIQUE FURNITURE PRODUCT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS?
You can look it up by using the SKU number or Item Number,  and download it directly from the product page.
If your item is no longer listed on our website, you can send an email to cs@uniquefurniture.com and we will email one to you.

WHERE ARE UNIQUE FURNITURE PRODUCTS DESIGNED?
Our unique products are designed and engineered by International Teams worldwide and at the Unique Furniture corporate headquarters in Kolding, Denmark.

ARE WOOD SAMPLES AVAILABLE?
Unique Furniture makes wood samples available through authorized dealers and can supply single samples on request.  Please note not all collections have wood samples readily available.
Please contact your local dealer to view the full range of finish samples.

ARE BROCHURES AVAILABLE?
Yes. Unique Furniture brochures are available online.   Click here to download our Product Guide.
You can also visit one of our authorized dealers who can supply you with a hard copy on request.

CAN UNIQUE FURNITURE CUSTOMIZE A PRODUCT TO MY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS?
Unfortunately, Unique Furniture does not currently offer customization and cannot accommodate individual requests for size, finish or material modifications on any stock or quick ship items.
